Thanks! I stepped on the scale this morning at home (not the one I weighed in on...which you are suppose to do the final on) and it was down! I know it all fluctuates but if I keep up on my eating and drinking water and NO SUGAR I think I might have a chance! I'll have to try weighing myself on the scale I did the official one on at work and see what that looks like. I actually bought a scale because I thought that one was broken because it didn't move for 2 whole weeks.

Thanks, Cyn, for the support! And I'm so excited for you that you are trying new things for your food. The cool thing about bad diet habits is that you can make the change at any time. You can wake up and say "Alright, my diet changes TODAY" and it can! And I feel like results are pretty much instant because you feel better almost immediately! It will always be a struggle for me I think because I love to eat complete shit, but turns out this eating healthy thing is kinda fun too!

I didn't realize until I started using MyFitnessPal, how much sugar I was eating - and this the week that I started eating healthy. I can only imagine how much I was eating before I started trying to eat healthy. So I'm starting to experiment with some new recipes and things. And by that, I mean I got some low sugar oatmeal instead of regular cereal for this week, and I make a big crock pot dish that I'll be eating until the end of time. But even with that, I put in too much rice and black beans, so the sodium is pretty high (but still within my goal parameters). I need to kick up the exercise for the next 2 weeks to meet that goal myself.

You might be making some of my $50! The scale hasn't moved. :( I have been working on it, but it is time to work HARDER apparently. My goal for the rest of the challenge is to basically eliminate sugar. So let's see where that gets me!
