I didn't realize until I started using MyFitnessPal, how much sugar I was eating - and this the week that I started eating healthy. I can only imagine how much I was eating before I started trying to eat healthy. So I'm starting to experiment with some new recipes and things. And by that, I mean I got some low sugar oatmeal instead of regular cereal for this week, and I make a big crock pot dish that I'll be eating until the end of time. But even with that, I put in too much rice and black beans, so the sodium is pretty high (but still within my goal parameters). I need to kick up the exercise for the next 2 weeks to meet that goal myself.
