My first time too.....on this journey of a diet!!! I am going to my Neices wedding the 27th! I feel this is a great move to do the Dietbet! I walked 3 miles this morning and I had a light breakfast! Soup for lunch and spaghetti squash with maranara sauce tonight! Mostly keep busy and be motivated to be healthy! Congrats on your upcoming wedding!!!!
