Maddie, you and I are so much alike! I'm an athlete gone bad, very, very bad too! The same exact thing happened to me. It just creeps up on you. Seems like when I'm really happy, I'm really chunky and then miserable. It's a terrible cycle!

But WE are breaking this cycle right!! I really believe that athletic coaches need to not only mentor on athletics but how to maintain that after ending your athletic career. I mean there is only one mindset taught and even though that is correct during training it all changes once you are on off season!!
