Me too, I'm so sick of hardcore dieting and slogging a few pounds off then giving up and piling it back on instantly. Let's change slowly and permanently! Chocolate is my nemesis, it makes me feel fuzzy headed and gross but I will still eat the big 200gram bars in one go no trouble at all! And please don't mention the time I ate the kids advent calendar in one day. Bad mum!
