Hi everyone! I just joined. I did Diet Bet during the pandemic and got to my goal weight (which I hadn’t reached in 20 years) losing 20+ lbs. I looked and felt great. I kept it off for over a year but then fell off the wagon and stopped exercising or watching what I ate and it crept back. I feel sluggish, unhealthy, and nothing fits. I’m ready to get back on track with this kick starter challenge!
