Not stressing out over all the uncertainty in life right now.

I struggled with overeating this week. I'd eat even when I wasn't hungry anymore.

I was still waking up in fat burning mode most days despite my liberal food choices.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have done a better job filing up on veggies for sure but also not overeating. I found myself eating a lot even when I wasn't very hungry.

I bought my very first pair of overall yesterday (I've always wanted them!) and got them in the juniors section! Size large, because extra large was too big!

Sticking to my nutrition plan after dinner. Too many treats this week!
