Non-scale victory of the week!
I put on size 13 pants last night and they fit. I also went all week without any alcohol.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I need to exercise more consistently on the treadmill, or throw something else in. I also ate a lot of sugar (cheesecake) during my eating window, but my guilt of throwing it away and wasting food is stronger than my diet skills.
