What seems to be your pitfall? What makes you stop your diet? Is it the busy life, temptations of food, fatigue not making you want to exercise? Zone in on what made you give up the times before and find strategies to overcome those! You can do this! Imagine how great you'll feel after you put in the time and effort to lose the weight. And, as they always say, don't think of it as a diet, think of it as a lifestyle modification. This is the new you. The one who takes care of her body. You only put in good fuel so you can run better. You exercise because it not only assists in losing weight, but can decrease your fatigue, help your heart and everything thing else in your body run much more smoothly. Just saw your post here and wanted to offer words of encouragement to a stranger. Good luck, you can do this. There is no one stopping you except yourself.
