Hi, Barb! Just checking in to see how you're doing! You posted encouragement on my blog, and now I'm here to encourage you! :) I didn't reach my Round 1 goal, but my health has been pretty bad this past month and I had virtually no exercise. Still, I'm feeling good about losing 8 lbs, having looser clothes, and walking better...so I'm actually a winner in that respect! Hope you had a good month and if not, just know that I believe in you and we can do this!!! Take care! :)

I did it this month by 1/10 of a pound! Whew! That was close! I have never done the 6 month diet bet. Don't really understand how it works. But by the end, I guess I will! I am very sorry that your health was bad this month. MS sucks. Next month will be better! You can do this!
