Hi Emily! I've been gluten free for several months now and I really feel a difference. The main reason I did it was to lessen inflammation in my body and that seems to be helping tons. It became a lot more easy to lose weight in the beginning so that was a wonderful bonus. I'm not totally dairy free but mostly. I do eat some cheese and have half and half in my coffee but other than that I leave it alone. I found Wheat Belly, a book recommended by another Diet Better, to be helpful. There is also a website called Whole30 that is extreme although very helpful. Good luck! Keep us posed.
