Hey Sara! Sorry I missed this; technology problems when I switched my phone over. I'm good, how are you? Thanks for introducing me to dietbet, it's really helping focus me. I had a bad stress weekend and I'll admit I didn't eat the best. The scale showed it for a couple days (mainly water, I"m sure) but today I'm back down to where I was and I'm back in this game. No favorite meals, just trying to severely watch my portion sizes and eat vegetables, rather than mindlessly munching on carbs. And my workouts are pretty strictly just running/walking right now. Someday I'll add some variety in. What about you?
