Made my goal in 1 week with some serious exercise and watching what I eat. Now I've got to stay focused and continue to lose and exercise. I think these coming weeks will be the hardest!
Me too! :) pasta, glass of wine, 1/2 pc bread too! And, a little Debbie valentine/heart cake sooo yummy I can still taste it now, lol!! Weekends are always the worst for me, love my wine!! :-/
