Even with a family reunion,I stick to my guns and stayed on plan, and tons of water! I won't lie, braces do assist, no pizza, bread, rice and limited nuts...sucks having food lodged in the teeth!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Depression starting to lift, family issues have settled...Luckily, I did not lean on food during the cold months of winters descent. I am back to walking, going crazy in my garden and just smiling!!! Getting into size 8 pants helped as well!

More ruffage, constipation sucks and can make the scale horrible too...
