I am where you are right now. Last year I lost 75lbs on my own, over the past two months I have gained back 30lbs. I had cut out grains and dairy products and was having great success, but then I tried some dairy and found out it wasn't impacting my Fibromyalgia (at least I don't think so), and then I added grains, and then well I spiralled out of control. Now my Fibromyalgia is flaring, my bowels are angry, I am thirty pounds heavier, and finding it REALLY hard to resist sugar temptations.I have joined my first diet bet.. Starts in a week... I am hoping that this will be the motivation to get my health and diet back on track.Sorry no tips right now.. Just a lot of empathy.
