I eat about 1200 calories a day. Completing a no meat detox next Tuesday. No white carbs. I also burn at least 1200 calories a day in exercise so the calories I burn naturally are the calories that go to weightloss.

I upped my calories to 1600 and workout 7 days a week. 2 HIIT a day, strength training 6 days a week (alternating parts), yoga 3 times a week.
