So glad you are doing this and winning bets and losing weight!!! I had to put my dog down Friday morning and am trying to get back on my training schedule and my WW plan. I was slacking more than ever while he was sick--he had cancer. I guess I wasn't eating as much and forgetting to eat. Still doing the big runs in my training, but without the short runs and pulled off the diet bet win. But I have committed to run the half marathon and I have to get serious. Yes fb friend me. How are you doing? I was within a week with 3.9 pounds to lose. I was stressing, because it was not only my diet bet but my guarantee that I was losing so much each month to stay on track to reach my goal weight. I kept at it and now have 4 days to lose 2.5 pounds, and I am confident I can do that. I hope you didn't give up. C'mon Bobbie. We are in this together!

Thanks for the encouragement. I am far from giving up! I know I can do this! Just got done with a Jillian DVD and 30 min on the elliptical. Feel great and going to keep on keeping on. Thanks for checking in on me. It means a lot.

I didn't even know that was an option, but I think I figured it out. It said to click on the "all players" button and then you could search for people and click the bottom of their picture to add as a friend. :)

Way to go keep up the hard work. We can do this... Also where do you get ice cream cup cakes??? My sons birthday is June 30 and would love them.

Thanks! We can do this! I got the ice-cream cupcakes at Dairy Queen. It isn't the most economical, but I have found having single serving things like this help keep me on track. :)

Try substituting fruit especially bananas. Sugar free gum may also help the cravings. Good luck!
