I completely agree with your last statement! Weight loss is as much of a mental challenge as it is a physical one. And for some people, like me, it is a much tougher one to conquer.

Hmmm, interesting. Some interesting studies out there but, realistically, something is keeping you from the interest of long term commitment. You've thought about that. Tracking your food? I got lazy about it myself but it is a shocker when you do and I think a motivational tool. I also think weight watchers is a phenomenally logical program and they frequently have trial 3 month online programs. Check it out. Has to come from you though!
