I have a hard time with the losing AND the maintaining. haha The whole "this is the rest of your life" kind of commitment thing freaks me out a little I think. I've really been trying to figure out moderation and getting away from that mentality that if I "blow it", it doesn't mean I have to spiral for weeks if not months.
