Ahhhhh the elusive 160 something. I got to 170 once in October. Then husband lost his job, holidays, blah blah blah. Took a sabbatical from the calorie counting, cancelled gym membership (it was $120 month!!!) and now am ready to kick it back into gear. Back to working out regularly and limiting my junk foods. To eliminating them because I'm not dead :) I was 185 on Sunday night, 180 last night. Maybe the change up is what I needed. I feel more motivated than before.
