I lost with WW and also regained. It is amazing how tracking everything you eat affects your accountability. I got away from that but i think as much of an issue is I got injured from exercise and really challenged to do much of anything. Being part of this community has at least pushed me to be more conscious of what I am eating and has gotten me moving in whatever limited capacity I am able! We are all here for each other!

Thanks for writing! I really think tracking food is great for awareness but it really isn't a realistic lifestyle for me.. Track whatever you put in your mouth... forever??
