good job on the running and yes that unexpected cheer works wonders! what are you training for? 5K half marathon or just to keep in better shape

Ahh I just saw this, sorry! Thank you, and I'm mostly just doing it to get back into shape, but I'd really love to find a 5K I could I could do I feel like that would give me better incentive to keep running lol.
