Thank you Emily. I was up really bad when I took the photo. It scared the crap out of me that it was so close to 200. Since then I have been tracking everything in myfitnesspal and exercising and this is what this morning showed. Hope I can keep going!

If you like bananas and blueberries, just make a smoothie with those and add your spinach into it. You won't get the full taste of spinach, but will get the nutrients!
