Limiting my sweeteners is a challenge for me, also. I have been able to learn to drink tea without it. But in my morning coffee, I haven't given it up yet. One step at a time . . .

Go mom! If it helps, I ordered a non-fat, sugar free coffee from McDonalds out of habit, forgetting my commitment to no artificial sweeteners. Back on track today. You can do it mom. Take goals slowly. I'm only focusing on no fried foods, more liquids and no artificial sweeteners. Too much and I know I'll fail.
