Thought I would leave you a quick message on your board. The first weigh in day always gets me down. Hang in there. BTW I mindlessly eat too. Whenever I am board or stressed. That's the worst. Hang tight. Few weeks and we will totally be in the swing of things.

What diet plan do you use?

When I lost the 130 lbs I counted my calories with a certain % for carbs, protein and fat. I used myfitnesspal to keep track of my calories. I figure it is my best way to do it since I have done it before. What are you doing for a diet plan? And thank you very much for your post above. That helped a lot after seeing my photo and the though of anyone else to seeing it horrifies me but let it all hang out and LET'S GET THIS DONE!!!
