I was below 200 on way to 150 but fell or jumped off track. Have half marathon end of March cannot do it at this weight. Need to feel better again.

We can do this. I think if we use the community for help and accountability we can do this! Dieting can be lonely. With these groups we can just put it out there without being judged. My plan is to sign on every day to give encouragement and hopefully find some. So here is to 2015!
