Non-scale victory of the week!
Hit the gym three times this week and even got a workout in when I only had an hour to go and get back
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I had one bad meal where the salt content and calorie count given must have been off a lot. Kate got sick and I had to grab something quick from the store and instead of eating something else for me I ate the prepared food instead Mistake!
