Non-scale victory of the week!

Hit the gym three times this week and even got a workout in when I only had an hour to go and get back

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had one bad meal where the salt content and calorie count given must have been off a lot. Kate got sick and I had to grab something quick from the store and instead of eating something else for me I ate the prepared food instead Mistake!

had to eat out and ate moderately well when I had a chance to go off the edge

more sugar consumed last week than first week have to break that sugar addiction partly due to oral surgery and being told to eat ice cream the first two days!
