Woke up 3 pounds heavier today despite consistent calorie deficit, an hour+ of cardio everyday, plenty of water and a mostly fruit and veggie diet for the last month. I was like “wtf?!” Then I realized my cycle is about to begin. Anyone else struggle with this? What do you do? I don’t think I’ll make weight, which I’ve accepted, but I feel so bloated, heavy and sick even though all I’ve eaten for the past 2 days is an apple, 2 potatoes and a head of broccoli.
