Honestly, I have my sister’s wedding coming up at the end of August, and seeing people I haven’t seen in ages, and not wanting them to see the weight I’ve put on, has been motivation enough

Congrats on 50lbs Chantal! I'm closing in on 35lbs lost since the beginning of the year. Opening up boxes of smaller clothes that I packed up because I didn't fit into them has been motivating me! I set a reasonable goal with the intent not to push myself too hard, which I will be at soon, but these smaller clothes are motivating me to set a new goal for myself sooner than I had planned!
