Thx girl!!! I'm just so pumped! Started 2 weeks ago changing my life and since day one have lost 10 pounds counting carbs and 2 hour work outs... Its working for me. Drink lots lots lots of water! Proud of you! This is our month!!!!!!

Hey Lisa good luck to you this month! Don't forget to feed your muscles ( protein) they help your body burn fat all day and night and keep your metabolism good. More protein than Carb keeps you from sugar spiking ( when this happens a hormone is released that doesn't let your body burn fat no matter how much cardio you do). Get some high protein low Carb shakes if you can. Some fiber. And a healthy diet and you will rock this month!
