Hey Lisa good luck to you this month! Don't forget to feed your muscles ( protein) they help your body burn fat all day and night and keep your metabolism good. More protein than Carb keeps you from sugar spiking ( when this happens a hormone is released that doesn't let your body burn fat no matter how much cardio you do). Get some high protein low Carb shakes if you can. Some fiber. And a healthy diet and you will rock this month!
