Non-scale victory of the week!
it's so much easier for me to carry a shit ton of groceries, run/jog, and I can deadlift at least two lbs over my own bodyweight. (157)
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My diet wasn't a clean as I'd like, I missed drinking my protein goals, and I didn't workout at all other than walking. yet I'm still very happy with my progress.

drink more protein water, and less coffee. I seed to do fine without drinking so much anyway.
