Hi Kendra, Just read your post about pre diabetes, Im in the same boat so wanted to wish you some extra luck and to let you know it gets less scary :) It was the biggest health scare I had too but kind of see it as a good thing now or I'd never have done anything to better my health; and eating good and exercising really does make you feel so much better with it. Hope your feeling at your happiest and healthiest in no time :) best of luck - hayley
