Congratulations for making goal!

I wish I could say the same.

Going to try my best to not get discouraged, and hope for success on the next round.

I did lose a few pounds, and I have much healthier eating habits such as snacking on fruit instead of chips so Its still been a positive experience.

Like you shared, I too need to be more disciplined and then some!

Today, the thing that inspires me the most is seeing my family and friends for a family reunion this Christmas. Im striving to look my best.

Also, I like the way I feel about myself when I take on healthy eating and exercise habits.

Its nice to wear form fitting clothes instead of trying to hide my body under oversized baggy clothes that make me look like a tent!
