Thanks so much. Starting is the hard part. I saw earlier that your number on the scale wasn't changing much. When I started I would have a 16 oz glass of water when I woke up and a 24 oz green juice for breakfast. The pounds fell off, but if it muscle gain it'll eventually start burning your fat.
