Good job on your runs!! I'm planning on doing at least four 5Ks before the year is out. I've done two in the past years. Im doing another August 25. Keep running sister!!!

HI Adrianna, I pray you do well with your 10K race.
My daughter & I participate in Mary Kay's annual 5K walk/run every year for fund research of cancers affecting women and help to prevent domestic violence. This year it is on Sept 22.
