I do Bikram Yoga which is the original hot yoga. It is a 90 minute class 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises. The good thing about Bikram is that all the teachers train the same way. So around the world every class is the same and consistent.

I generally just mix random fruits and veggies. My favorite combination right now is kale, coconut water (yeay potassium and electrolytes), banana, raspberries, strawberries, a protein powder and benefiber.

** I usually put raspberries in with the greens it covers the color so it isn't so weird looking.

I saw that you said you want to have smoothie post workout. I put spinach or kale in mine. You can taste it and it adds a whack load or nutrients, iron and fiber.

@ Syd - I usually put in some greens, but lately I've been trying to get my fiance to try it too. EVERYTIME I use greens (maybe its the color?), he does not like it at all. I made one a couple days ago that was strictly fruit & coconut juice and he liked it. He said it was the best one I've made so far.. haha! What your favorite combo of fruits & veggies for a morning smoothie drink?
