What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

What I find most challenging about reaching my long term goal is that it's a constant battle to not relapse into my bad eating habits or emotional eating. I arrived at the thought that I put money on DietBet with the intentions of making more money doing something I should have done years ago but my conscience sometimes become a Debbie downer and the feeling of forfeiting becomes an option.
