Oh yes, the sneaky dirty thirties. It's like walking into a spiderweb! I'm trying my hardest to use this filter when making decisions: "will I be proud to tell anyone about what I am about to eat or if I am working out". Don't worry about the numbers....just do what makes you proud of you.
