Oh thanks! :) I'm not worried or concerned at all. I'm at it 5 days a week. I run and lift. I've gained muscle noticeably. Even my wedding rings will soon need to get resized. I am doing my second 5K this weekend. I have no doubt it will come but I'm not a fool to cardio so I'm not gonna drop massive weight quick! I out in the running to train to take me further and eventually do a half marathon. I sooo hope you make it!!!! I'm cheering for you!!!

Just keep going..... I may make my goal (barely) but keep in mind that I have been doing really hard workouts, adding on muscle for months now- and all I really needed was a little push/incentive to keep me eating clean enough to finally start shedding some of the extra weight off. You have been a great encouragement to me with your FB posts on fitness and nutrition- the PB smoothies are now a fav as well as chia. It takes a long time to do it right and keep it off- you have to build muscle first- but keep going and you will get there : )
