Non-scale victory of the week!

Committed to working with a trainer for six months.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was between DietBets and my kids were out for spring break. I wasn’t as strict with my food.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I chose fruit and Halo ice cream instead of Snickers and Diet Coke. I also joined gym.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had take out while caring for my mom after surgery. I could have planned better.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Not stopping after I have results. I’ve lost at least the same 30 pounds so many times. This time I start heavier than even 9 months pregnant.
