And how did it go at the Tequila factory?? I'm dying!! Over 62,000 steps on that journey, lol, and that was lugging anywhere up to 25 pounds most of the time. EVERYTHING hurts! I'm just trying to recover today. Up 1 pound, but don't even know how that's possible, so it's probably travel weight. We didn't eat a single meal, just sampled things all day for 3 days (at least it was all gluten free and natural!!)

Seems like I'm doing well every other day. At this point I need to do well EVERY day. I thought about it and decided to go back to doing what used to work for me, at least for the next two weeks. Giving up wine is hard! Giving up my evening ice cream is harder. Did another spin class today, so at least I burned off some of the crap I ate yesterday!
