As long as your weight is going down you are doing something right! Don't worry about the numbers or overall goal just be proud of your weekly accomplishments. For me it helps to focus on the short term goals, such as every time I want to go to get fast food I will think, not today I have to win the diet bet at the end of the month, maybe in 4 weeks. Then next month I will join another diet bet until the cravings until I reach my lifetime goal and no longer crave or want the fast food.
