For my health & self esteem, I've put on over 50lb's since moving bk to Florida 3 yrs ago I also turned 60. I need to take bk control of my body with healthy eating & exercise. I'm thinking this is the push I needed. I'm in it to win it!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m down 1 dress size from a 14 to a 12 yeah!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a lot of family in from out of town over the wk end...I did drink a couple of beers but they were lite beers!
