Good job on meeting your goal. You can do this - just take it one day at a time. I will tell you for me when I "went public" about it and focused on getting healthy instead of hot and sexy it became much easier. I went from 238 to 162 and it took me 484 days. Since then (10/20/12) I've dropped another 12 pounds, but as you can see I don't lose weight fast - I just stick with it. You CAN meet any goal you set out for. Hey Steph, good luck on your journey. Your willing to be so public with your weight loss effort really inspires me. I'm vegetarian so know that diet wise life can be difficult for you as well. Are you on my Fitness Pal? And we can do this. I started at 307.8 in Sept. I have lost 54.2 lbs so far. I still have quite a ways to go. I know we can do this! Congrats on your loss so far.
