Hi Kathy, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! Couldn't answer on the other thread, but I still have 50 pounds to lose (already lost 50) and tend to be a stress eater. I've found that if I bring good food, like veggies, to work it helps a lot. I like raw veggies, cucumbers, sugar snap peas, thin green beans, low calorie, tastes good and if I eat a ton of them it doesn't hurt anything. I'm a flexitarian which means that I eat a lot of vegan or vegetarian meals, but if I want steak or chicken once in a while (or anything else) I eat that too. Striving to eat less and less meat and to eat more greens and veggies. Seems to be working.
