No worries, we aren't in competition with each other. =) It's just you and your scale. We'll be cheering each other on!!! As far as the water goes, I only have problems drinking enough in the winter. So, I resort to mint tea, decaf chai tea, etc to fill the gap. I *do* enjoy sparkling lemon-lime water as a break from plain water. It's the closest thing to soda/pop that I ever drink. Best of luck.

I had a hard time with drinking water in the beginning as well. What helped me was to add something to the water like fruit slices (my favorite is lemon and lime combo). Also, I tend to drink more water out of my insulated mug with a straw. Hope these ideas help! You got this
