Abby, congrats on your awesome weight loss! Way to go! I'm hosting a new diet bet, "Fatty No More," which begins after Labor Day on Friday, Sept. 6. The bet is only $20. The weigh in dates are Sept. 4,5 and 6. The game ends on Friday, Oct. 4.

Thanks! I've heard that working out in the morning helps get your metabolism going... so I'd like to get into a routine of it... but snooze is soo easy to hit :) here's to forming new habits! good luck!
