I ate at home several days

I promise no buffets but I went to two which is a lot better than the usual five that I go to

Non-scale victory of the week!

I hurt myself on a moped a month and two weeks ago and my rib injury is almost healed, had to quit my job so I could heal up properly

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

for the last 6 weeks I have been eating eating eating, all the bad stuff Coke cookies chips candy chinese pizza buffets several times a week

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I'm going to do the fit five every day for the next 30 days and see what it does the fit five is bicycling walking 10-minute trainer Florida room and rowing machine

Non-scale victory of the week!

I stayed away from almost all Coke and only hit the buffet once sticking to a lot of vegetables on the Chinese buffet

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

this is probably the best week of dieting I've ever done although I should have worked out I didn't want to but I did walk everyday

other than walking everyday this last week has been nothing but buffets chips soda etc etc a total yo-yo slingshot that came back and hit me in the forehead

oh hell I could have drank water and eating some vegetables but of course I went out to eat everyday of the week and I totally need to get back on track

I've been eating at home now and avoiding going out I also stopped going to the bar

actually this was one of my best weeks ever dieting I have been walking working out counting my calories and avoiding fast food

not much good has gone on other than I started to drink water this morning to jump start a new beginning

I ate fast food I went out to eat I went to the buffet I drink lots of Coke just all the wrong things really going out to the bar eating pizza I know better but I did it anyway because I was eating emotionally to pump myself up

workout four times with Beachbody 10-minute trainer, drink a gallon of water a day and go under 2500 calories everyday on my mynetdiary calorie counter also I'm going to walk 6 times this week with my step back program I'm going to sign up for in a few minutes
