not much good has gone on other than I started to drink water this morning to jump start a new beginning

I ate fast food I went out to eat I went to the buffet I drink lots of Coke just all the wrong things really going out to the bar eating pizza I know better but I did it anyway because I was eating emotionally to pump myself up
