I do the elliptical on my off days for an hour. That hour is a piece of cake compared to running for 30min lol. I would get burnt out & quit running if I did it daily. I only enjoy the run after its done. I'm glad I did it, but dread having to do it lol.
I did c25k myself, I'm currently running every other day. I make myself do at least 3.1 miles each day I run... Trying to better my time. My first 5k is 5/11! Good luck to you! Not sure how far into you are- but week 4 I when I wanted to quit! Jut push thru :)
