C25k stands for couch to 5k. It's an app on my phone that starts me training to run a 5k. It was suggested by several people including Ashley. It starts you out with walking and jogging in intervals, then builds up slowly to more over the 8 weeks. It's made a huge difference in my weight loss. You can do it! I so t think you'll be disappointed. I never thought I could "run", but with this to help me, I can! I use RunKeeper in the background so I can see my time and distance at the end. Very motivational.
