Have you done Whole30 before? I had an amazing experience with it a few months ago. Stay strong! You might be in the toughest part of it this week - but you can do it!I hope the black coffee starts to taste better and better! Agreed, it's essential.

I've done the Whole30 a few times. Great results every time but it never gets easier lol
